Free standard shipping – certain conditions apply

At Sonxplus, standard shipping is generally free for orders placed online.

However, additional fees may apply in certain cases, including:

  • oversized items (e.g., televisions 55 inches and larger, furniture, etc.)
  • deliveries more than 20 km from one of our stores
  • certain addresses located in remote or restricted-access areas

In these situations, a member of our team will contact you after purchase to assess delivery conditions, inform you of applicable fees, and obtain your approval before any delivery.


Delivery made by our teams

Delivery is handled directly by Sonxplus teams or by our usual local partners, ensuring local service and care tailored to your products.


Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location:

  • Locally served areas: generally between 2 and 7 business days
  • More remote areas: variable delivery times, confirmed upon contact after purchase

Delivery times begin from the moment the order is confirmed and may be adjusted depending on delivery conditions.


Oversized items and special conditions

Some items require special logistics (handling, access, distance).
In these cases:

  • costs are assessed after purchase
  • No delivery will be made without your prior consent.
  • you can accept, decline, or adjust the order according to the options offered

In-store pickup

When available, in-store pickup may be offered at no charge.
The terms and conditions will be confirmed when you place your order.
