RETURNS POLICY
You have up to 30 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or refund, depending on the item.
To qualify for a return, your item must :
- Being unused,
- The box must not have been opened.
- You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.
The following products cannot be returned:
- Prepaid and gift cards
- Large appliances open box and watch
- Services, deliveries and installations
- Cell phones and wireless devices
Return products open box
You have up to 10 days following your purchase to obtain an exchange or refund, partial for a product whose box has been opened. A fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged for the return of an opened product. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. The box and the product must be in perfect condition.
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it to us or give it to us at 342 Rue Principale, Saint-Sauveur, QC J0R 1R0.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
